We are thrilled to see the 25th International Congress of Byzantine Studies approaching. With 48 more days to go, we would like to remind you about the registration policy:
To participate in the Congress, registration must be completed by July 31 (https://www.icbs2026.org/congress/registration/). Please be aware that speakers and their papers will be deleted from the program if they have not registered by July 31. The program is available at https://www.icbs2026.org/program/. Keep in mind that the ICBS 2026 is an in-person event only and papers may not be read out by another participant.
The ICBS also offers a wide variety of side events some of which require registration by July 31. This includes the free opening reception in the Vienna City Hall on Monday as well as the free closing reception at the Austrian Academy of Sciences on Saturday.
