Registration

The registration for the ICBS is now closed.

If your paper was accepted by the ICBS program committee but you have not registered yet, please contact . Be aware that we deleted unregistered conveners, speakers, and their papers from the program.

The ICBS 2026 is an on-site event. Online participation is not possible.

Please collect your congress materials, including your name badge, upon arrival at the University’s Main Building, immediately upon entering the Aula.

*** accompanied by already registered participants; do not appear by name in the program but can participate in all congress events.}

Conference grants
The AIEB support younger researchers with conference grants. These cover the registration fee and support travel and accommodation costs. The application procedure is completed. We are looking forward to seeing the 50 grantees in Vienna and thank the AIEB for its support.

Cancellation conditions
A refund of the registration fee is not possible at any time after registration has been completed.

Parts of the conference may be photographed. The images may be used to promote the ICBS 2026 on the conference website.
