Registration
You can register for the congress here. The ICBS 2026 is an on-site event. Online participation is not possible.
Congress student assistants
We seek to hire paid student assistants to support us during the congress (see further information here). Successful applicants will receive 15€/h (including accident insurance) and a waiver of the registration fees. Students who intend to apply as assistants should not register now. Please wait until you are notified about the outcome of your application (2 March 2026).

The conference fee includes your badge, your name in the program and coffee breaks. Registered participants can register for the congress events (by fee) later. More information will follow.
Conference grants
The AIEB offers conference grants for younger researchers. These will cover the registration fee and support travel and accommodation costs with 370€. You can find further information here.
Cancellation conditions
A refund of the registration fee is not possible at any time after registration has been completed.
Travel cancellation insurance
To avoid hassle and unnecessary costs, we recommend that you take out Congress Cancellation Cover from Europäische Reiseversicherung. For further information click here.
Parts of the conference may be photographed. The images may be used to promote the ICBS 2026 on the conference website.
